Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we'll reach out to schedule the next steps.

Stage 2

Team Interviews

You’ll meet with additional team members for 45–60 minute Zoom conversations to further explore your experience, skills, and overall alignment with the role and organization.

Stage 3

Case Assignment

A case assignment is a take-home exercise that reflects the type of work you might encounter in the role, helping us understand your work style and approach to problem-solving. You can choose when to receive it, and you’ll typically have 7–10 days to complete it.

After you complete your assignment, you’ll join us at our office for a one-hour session to present your work to a few team members and answer any questions they may have.

Stage 4

Reference Checks

We’ll ask for 2–3 references who can speak to your work style, strengths, and areas for development, and will schedule brief (15-minute) calls to connect with them.

Stage 5

Offer

If we've made it this far together, you'll receive a formal offer letter outlining all the details. We hope it's the beginning of something great.
