Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Resume Review

Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we'll reach out to schedule the next steps.
Stage 2

Phone Screen

A 30-minute Zoom conversation where we’ll learn more about your background and interests, share context about the role, and answer your questions to assess overall alignment.
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

A 45–60 minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager to discuss your experience in more depth, how it relates to the role, and to ask any questions you may have. Come prepared to share specific examples of your work (STAR format is encouraged)!
Stage 4

Team Interviews

You’ll meet with 1–2 additional team members for 45–60 minute Zoom conversations to further explore your experience, skills, and overall alignment with the role and organization.
Stage 5

Case Assignment

A case assignment is a take-home exercise that reflects the type of work you might encounter in the role, helping us understand your work style and approach to problem-solving. You can choose when to receive it, and you’ll typically have 7–10 days to complete it.
After you complete your assignment, you’ll join us at our office in NYC for a one-hour session to present your work to a few team members and answer any questions they may have.
Stage 6

Final Interview

You’ll meet with a senior leader for a 45-minute conversation (via Zoom or in-person) as an opportunity to learn more about the organization and ask any remaining questions.
Stage 7

Reference Checks

We’ll ask for 2–3 references who can speak to your work style, strengths, and areas for development, and will schedule brief (15-minute) calls to connect with them.
Stage 8

Offer!

Congratulations on making it this far! In this final stage, you’ll receive a letter outlining the details of your offer (and we’ll be excitedly awaiting your response!).
